Our Core Values
Integrity
We uphold the highest standards of integrity in all our interactions, both within the community and externally. Transparency and honesty are key pillars of trust.
Collaboration
TRB thrives on the power of collective wisdom. We believe that diverse perspectives, when combined, can drive innovation and provide exceptional solutions.
Respect for Others
We respect all members, their experiences, and their time. Constructive dialogue, inclusivity, and an open mind are essential to our growth as leaders and as a community.
Confidentiality
We value the privacy of all members. Any sensitive information shared within TRB stays within TRB, ensuring a safe space for candid conversations and business insights.
Accountability
As leaders, we hold ourselves and each other accountable for our actions and contributions. We expect the same from our members.
Code of Conduct for Members
To maintain the professional standards of TRB and ensure a positive and valuable experience for everyone, we ask our members to adhere to the following:
- Respectful Engagement
Engage in discussions and activities with professionalism, courtesy, and respect for all members, regardless of rank, background, or experience. - No Hard Selling
TRB is a space for genuine dialogue and relationship-building. Hard selling, direct pitches, or aggressive marketing are strictly prohibited during meetings and events. - Active Participation
We expect members to actively contribute to the community—whether that’s through sharing insights, offering assistance, or engaging in discussions. Passive participation detracts from the overall value. - Constructive Feedback
We encourage open dialogue, but it must always be constructive, solution-oriented, and respectful. Disagreement is fine, but it should never result in personal attacks or hostility. - Respect for Diversity
TRB embraces diversity in all its forms. Discriminatory behavior based on gender, race, religion, or any other personal characteristic will not be tolerated. - Confidentiality of Sensitive Information
Any business-sensitive or personal information shared within the TRB community must remain confidential. Do not share outside the community without prior consent. - Non-Disclosure of Intellectual Property
Members must respect the intellectual property of others. Sharing proprietary information from external businesses or individuals without permission is prohibited. - Event Etiquette
We expect members to attend events regularly, participate thoughtfully, and respect the time and presence of others. Cancellations should be communicated well in advance. - No Discriminatory or Offensive Behavior
Any form of inappropriate language, behavior, or harassment, either in person or online, will not be tolerated. We strive to create a welcoming and safe space for all.
Accountability for Violations
Members who violate the Code of Conduct may face consequences, including:
- A formal private discussion with TRB leadership
- Temporary suspension from community events
- Termination of membership in serious or repeated cases
