Welcome to The Renous Biome (TRB)
Where Leadership Isn’t Loud, It’s Real.
This isn’t just another business club.
This is The Renous Biome (TRB) — a curated space where CXOs, founders, and growth leaders step beyond sales decks and LinkedIn likes. Here, we nurture meaningful conversations, spark collaborations rooted in trust, and redefine leadership as connection — not competition.
We know you might have questions before you step into the room. What happens at our monthly meetings? Can I invite someone? Is this the right space for me?
This page is designed to answer all of that — and more.
About TRB
TRB is a curated C-suite collective for senior leaders who believe in the power of genuine relationships, strategic insights, and collaborative problem-solving—not pitches or pressure. We bring leaders together to grow through conversations, not cold calls.
Unlike typical networking clubs, TRB thrives on trusted introductions, curated discussions, and authentic leadership exchanges. No sales pitches, no forced referrals—just meaningful engagement.
No, TRB is by invitation or curation only. We carefully assess fit to maintain the quality and purpose of the group.
Membership & Eligibility
CXOs, founders, investors, and other senior decision-makers across sectors who bring value to conversations and communities—personally and professionally.
If you're coming solely for business leads, TRB might not be the right community. We discourage sales pitches, cold-selling, or transactional networking.
Yes, curated referrals from existing members or trusted networks are encouraged, provided they align with TRB’s philosophy.
Meetings & Gatherings
Yes. TRB holds monthly gatherings with flexible formats—boardroom exchanges, partner community crossovers, curated CXO dinners, or even idea labs.
While Delhi NCR is the primary base, TRB sometimes hosts meetings in other cities or in collaboration with partner communities for added diversity and reach.
No. TRB doesn’t follow a fixed “LeadGen” model. Formats are dynamic and adapted based on the theme, audience, and opportunity.
Events: TRB vs. Renous High Tea
Leadership High Tea is a Renous initiative (not a TRB event) that creates light yet insightful environments for CXOs to connect. While some TRB members may attend, it is open beyond the TRB circle.
Select sessions may include a guest leader sharing their journey, but the focus remains on shared dialogue over passive listening.
Application & Onboarding
Email us at TRB@renous.in. If there’s a fit, we’ll invite you for a short conversation before onboarding.
Yes, there is a curation and participation fee. Details are shared once you pass the initial curation.
Culture & Conduct
No. TRB has a strict no sales pitch policy. Any collaboration must stem organically from trust, not transaction.
Yes, members are expected to engage respectfully, avoid hard-selling, and contribute to the community ethos of mutual growth.
Content & Visibility
Through the Renous Vantage blog and spotlight segments, TRB curates and shares leadership insights that emerge from our sessions (with member consent).
Selective recaps may be shared for visibility; sensitive discussions remain confidential.
Intent & Purpose
TRB is for leaders who value long-term relationship capital over short-term transactions. Members are givers, collaborators, and listeners before they are dealmakers.
TRB is not a B2B marketplace, not a lead-generation group, and definitely not for aggressive selling. If you’re looking for instant ROI, we’re not your tribe.
Naturally. Members often discover synergies through dialogue. If a connection or collaboration emerges, it's because the foundation was built on trust, not tactics.
Community & Ecosystem
Yes. We occasionally co-host select meetings with other trusted C-suite platforms to cross-pollinate ideas and extend member value.
Yes. Many members are second or third-generation business leaders navigating succession, scale, and transformation journeys.
Some members are also active angel investors or venture partners, but TRB is not an investor forum. Conversations take precedence over capital.
Engagement Formats
TRB gatherings include:
- CXO Roundtables
- Leadership Dinners
- Inner Circle Masterminds
- Fireside Peer Conversations
- Offsite Collaborations
Anywhere from 10 to 30, depending on the format. We intentionally keep groups intimate to foster real conversations.
Themes are curated based on member needs, sectoral shifts, or emerging leadership challenges—sometimes even inspired by one member’s question.
Confidentiality & Trust
Yes. What’s shared in the room, stays in the room. We have a strong culture of mutual respect and discretion.
You can share learnings or generic insights, but specific names, companies, or conversations must never be disclosed without consent.
Visibility & Voice
Yes, if you contribute meaningfully or share an impactful story during a session, we may spotlight you with your permission through Renous Vantage.
No. TRB favors open dialogue. At times, members are requested to share real experiences, not decks.
Joining Process
Yes. You can write to TRB@renous.in. If your leadership journey aligns with our ethos, we’ll reach out for a conversation.
We do a short discovery call to understand your intent and context. If it’s a match, we initiate the onboarding process.
Fees & Value
Yes, there is a fee associated with TRB membership. This helps us curate high-quality experiences, maintain intimacy, and ensure that only truly invested leaders participate.
The membership fee offers you access to the TRB ecosystem—curated invitations, community engagement, and visibility opportunities. Each event is priced separately to maintain the quality and flexibility of experiences.
No. TRB is not about paying to "network." It's about investing in a leadership circle where depth, trust, and insight compound over time.
Yes, all TRB events are chargeable even after membership. The membership ensures access to the community and invitations to curated sessions, but each event is priced individually based on its format, location, and experience.
